At Nutricia, we proudly stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Nutricia product, you are the original end-user purchaser, and you purchased from Nutricia or from one of our authorized sellers, you may either request a refund or a replacement product (the “Guarantee”). Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, the Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers unless otherwise prohibited by law.
To submit a Guarantee request, please call one of our experts at (800) 365-7354 (Mon-Fri 8:30am – 6:00pm, ET) and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your Nutricia product. If your request is approved, you will then need to mail your product, along with a proof of purchase, and your Guarantee approval number to:

You must submit your Guarantee request within 45 days of the date of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for shipping charges in connection with mailing your product.
This Guarantee does not apply to products for which you have been (or have applied for) reimbursement for insurance. You shall not request reimbursement from your insurance provider for any product for which you have submitted a refund request under this Guarantee. Nutricia reserves the right to verify information you provide, require you to provide us with a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if Nutricia determines, in its sole discretion, that customer has abused the 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
